Workout Series: Partner Exercises II

The last thing you probably want to do after a long day's work is head to the gym, but to stay in shape, you have to find the motivation somewhere. That's why working out with a friend or significant other is the perfect solution to beating the gym blues. Whether you want a running buddy or someone to give you that extra push to finish up a last set of reps, you'll hold each other accountable when it comes to exercising.
